While our VOIP-6 is the standard for modern offices, we offer a $99 Analog Adapter (ATA) for those needing to connect legacy cordless or analog phones. Both hardware options include power supplies and support Ethernet or Wi-Fi.

Service Rollover: Remote tech hours roll over for up to 4 months; onsite labor does not roll over.

10DLC Registration: Customers must provide all required business information to complete the mandatory registration process for SMS/MMS.

Call Center Surge Fee: High-volume call center traffic or excessive per-user minutes may incur a surge fee to cover increased network priority.

SMS/MMS Surge Fee: Large-scale messaging campaigns are subject to surge fees to cover high-volume processing and carrier-imposed surcharges.

Power & 911: VoIP hardware (VOIP-6/ATA) requires electricity and internet to function; 911 services may be unavailable during outages without a battery backup.

E911 Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring their E911 emergency address is accurate and must provide updates via our online tool whenever a device is moved.
