Will the system be easy for our team to use?
Yes. We design systems with simplicity in mind. Most rooms are configured for one-touch meeting start, intuitive touch panels, and minimal technical steps. We also provide hands-on walkthroughs to ensure your team feels confident using the system.
What happens if we need help after installation?
We provide ongoing support and maintenance services to ensure your system continues to perform optimally. Our team is available for troubleshooting, updates, and any additional training your team may need.
What types of video conferencing systems do you install?
We design and install complete conference room systems ranging from small huddle rooms to large boardrooms and training spaces. This includes cameras, microphones, speakers, control panels, displays, and full platform integration (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and more).
Do you provide conference room scheduling tablets?
Yes. We offer a Conference Room Scheduler Tablet add-on for $750 one-time, which includes hardware and initial configuration. A structured cable drop and additional labor are billed separately if required.
Is structured cabling included with conference room installations?
Cable drops are not automatically included with conference room packages. Structured cabling is billed separately based on quantity, and pricing varies depending on the number of drops and site conditions.
What if our current conference room setup isn’t working well?
We can assess your existing equipment and determine whether it can be optimized, reconfigured, or upgraded. In many cases, we improve performance without requiring a full system replacement.
Do you offer a packaged conference room solution?
Yes. Our Basic Conference Room Package starts at $5,500 (parts) plus labor and includes a Logitech Rally Bar, Logitech Tap IP, core conferencing hardware, initial configuration, and five hours of on-site labor. Displays, furniture, cable drops, and additional labor are billed separately.

Our systems are configured for Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Google Meet, and other leading conferencing platforms. We ensure proper network configuration and device integration for seamless performance.
