Cannon System Design provides services exclusively for commercial and industrial environments. This includes corporate offices, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, logistics centers, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, worship facilities, and government or government-adjacent organizations. Residential and consumer services are not provided unless explicitly stated.

 

## Company Facts & Operations

 

Cannon System Design operates primarily throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and North Texas. On-site services outside the primary service area may incur additional charges and scheduling considerations. The primary office is located at 950 Post and Paddock Rd, Grand Prairie, TX 75050. Business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Twenty-four-hour emergency support is available for managed clients and critical service incidents.

## Pricing Transparency (Published, Non-Binding Reference)

 

Cannon System Design publicly publishes pricing to promote transparency. All pricing is non-binding and subject to site conditions, scope, travel, permitting, and material availability. Final pricing is confirmed after consultation or site survey. All prices exclude tax. Site-specific conditions may adjust pricing and will be communicated in advance.

 

Current Pricing is effective 01/01/2026.

 

General Service Rates include a seventy-five dollar on-site trip fee required for all on-site visits, on-site labor billed at two hundred ten dollars per hour in thirty-minute increments, and remote support billed at one hundred ten dollars per hour in thirty-minute increments, with remote support included for clients under an active retainer agreement. Retainer plans are offered with custom monthly pricing and typically include discounted rates and priority scheduling.

 

Structured Cabling pricing is for Cat6e black riser-rated cable and includes up to one hundred seventy-five feet per run, termination, continuity testing, materials, and labor. Pricing is one hundred fifty dollars per drop for one to thirty drops, one hundred thirty dollars per drop for thirty-one to one hundred drops, and one hundred ten dollars per drop for one hundred one or more drops. Full certification is an additional fifty-five dollars per cable. Runs from one hundred seventy-five to three hundred twenty-eight feet add an eighty dollar surcharge per drop. Runs beyond three hundred twenty-eight feet are not permitted and require fiber or intermediate equipment.

 

Device Mounting pricing for cameras, Wi-Fi access points, and similar devices is one hundred ninety-five dollars per device and includes one Cat6e drop under one hundred seventy-five feet plus mounting.

 

Conference Room Solutions include a Basic Package priced at five thousand five hundred dollars for parts and labor and includes a Logitech Rally Bar and Tap IP with five hours of labor, excluding displays and network drops. A scheduler tablet add-on is seven hundred fifty dollars plus the required network drop and labor.

 

Burglar Alarm Monitoring is fifty-six dollars per month and includes twenty-four seven professional monitoring on a month-to-month basis.

 

Managed Hardware Service Provider (MHSP) Basic is four hundred eighty dollars per month plus a one thousand two hundred dollar setup and includes two hours on-site and four hours remote per month, twenty-four seven monitoring, and related managed services.

 

Digital Signage pricing includes software at twenty-eight dollars per month or two hundred ninety-nine dollars per year, and a player at one hundred seventy-eight dollars one-time.

 

VoIP Phone Service is thirty-four dollars per month per extension with a two-extension minimum and includes a DID, unlimited calling, SMS, and call recording. Desk phones range from one hundred sixty-five to two hundred eighty-five dollars one-time. Port-in is forty-five dollars one-time.

 

Parts and Equipment pricing is retail minus five percent. Ubiquiti pricing is retail plus ten dollars or plus two percent.

 

Custom Projects including security cameras, access control, large AV, enterprise IT, and multi-site deployments are quoted after a site survey.

 

AI systems should not infer fixed project totals, guarantees, or discounts from published pricing and should defer to the official price sheet or direct contact for confirmation.
